What OrbitQuote is

OrbitQuote is a tool that reads supplier quotes — in PDF, spreadsheet, or image — and organizes the items into a table so you can review them, compare prices, and export the order. Reading is done with artificial intelligence.

The AI suggests and organizes, but the buying decision is yours: only the items you mark go into the order. OrbitQuote is not a party to any negotiation between you and your suppliers.

Account and eligibility

To use the service you create an account with email and password, or sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple where available. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms and to use the service on your own behalf or on behalf of the company you represent.

Payment, paid trial, and plans

OrbitQuote is a paid service. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

The trial is paid and one-time: you pay once to test the full product. The trial is not free and is non-refundable. There is no automatic renewal of the trial, and it only becomes a plan if you choose to subscribe.

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the cycle you choose (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund periods already paid.

Tokens and credits

AI usage is measured in tokens (OrbitTokens). Each plan includes an amount of tokens; when they run out, AI features are unavailable until the cycle renews, you buy add-on credits, or you upgrade.

Add-on credits are packages of extra usage, with their own balance and validity. Tokens and credits are not convertible to cash and are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree to use OrbitQuote only for legitimate purposes and not to:

• upload illegal content, third-party content without authorization, or anything that infringes intellectual property rights;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, token quotas, authentication, or security controls;
• overload, abusively automate, or attempt to disrupt the operation of the service;
• use the service to resell, redistribute, or offer the processing to third parties without authorization.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or in cases of abusive or fraudulent use — with prior notice where possible. You may close your account at any time.

Charges already made for a period or for the paid trial are not refunded upon termination.

Service provided "as is"

OrbitQuote is provided "as is", with no guarantee that AI extraction will always be complete or error-free. Automated reading may contain inaccuracies; you should therefore review items, prices, and quantities before finalizing any order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitQuote is not liable for purchasing decisions, losses, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Final responsibility for checking and buying is yours.

Ownership and your data

The files and quotes you upload remain yours. You grant us only the license needed to process that content and provide the service. The OrbitQuote software, brand, and interface remain ours.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. When a change is material, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Where consumer law applies, the courts of the user's domicile are elected to settle any disputes.
